This is a 1940s-styled Judy Garland paperdoll made by Shackman (item No. 4129). The package label reads, "Collector's JUDY GARLAND Cutout Paper Doll Set." The package contains one 9-inch, die-cut paper doll with built-in stand, six die-cut costumes, one hat and one hairbow. The doll and costumes are made of heavy card stock. The set comes packaged in a clear celophane package with a folded cardboard top (shown below).
One of the costumes looks like Judy's "La Conga" costume from Strike Up the Band, but I'm not sure about the others - I don't recognize them. The doll looks like it may have been inspired by the 1940s Whitman Judy Garland paperdolls, but I really don't know if that's the case or not. At any rate, the doll and outfits are really cute, and the set costs only $4.95! This paperdoll set is still in production, and may be purchased from the in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
