This Way Home
Judy Garland portrait by Jeffery Fain

Because of the Internet, Judy Garland fans are probably more organized and more unified than ever before. Her legacy and her work lives on, though Judy, herself, passed away more than thirty years ago. New generations of film and music lovers from all over the world continue to discover her work and swell the ranks of the fan community.

The heart of the fan community today revolves around the Judy Garland Club and the Internet online web community. This page is dedicated to familiarizing new (and old) fans with the heart of the Judy Garland fan community at the dawn of the 21st Century. This is also a catch-all page for miscellaneous items of interest to Judy Garland fans.

The Judy Garland Internet Fan Club

The Judy Garland Club

The Judy Garland Club, based in London, is the oldest Judy Garland club in existence, and is the only club "blessed" by Judy, herself. The club offers regular meetings, special events and the incredible fan magazine "Rainbow Review." For information on the club, and to sample the fan magazine, see the Judy Garland Club page here on JGDB.

Garlands for Judy

"Garlands for Judy," published by Scott Schechter, is now five years old! [when did I write this??] It has evolved into a beautiful magazine that every Judy Garland fan will want to have. Scott keeps you up-to-date on all the latest video and audio releases, books and other events in the fan world. And, of course, lots of great pictures of Judy! There is also a column dedicated to "Judy's Girl," Liza.

"Garlands for Judy" is issued twice a year: in Spring (usually May or June) and Winter (usually November or December).

For more information, visit the Garlands for Judy page.
