, based in London, is the oldest Judy Garland club still in existence. And it is the only club sanctioned by Judy, herself. Club membership is open to all. Annual dues are USD $35.00, which includes a subscription to the "Rainbow Review" (see below).

Though club meetings are generally held in London, there are other reasons to join the club. If you're like me, you can't just go bouncing over to London every time there's a meeting, but the club is worth joining to assist in various activities and to receive the "Rainbow Review", which is issued twice a year (spring/summer and autumn/winter), and the "Rainbow Newsletter," which is issued mid-year.
Rainbow Review
"Rainbow Review" has graduated from a newsletter format to a beautiful Judy Garland fan magazine! Past issues of "Rainbow Review" have become desirable Judy Garland collectibles in their own right, but no serious Judy Garland fan today would want to miss out on the new magazine! It contains articles and news, and is generously sprinkled with oodles of beautiful photographs of Judy, many of which are quite rare.
The cover of Issue (#27) is reproduced below:

The magazine is printed on sealed stock (glossy paper), and measures about 8" x 11½". This issue contains 80 pages with more than 200 photos). Major articles include:
At Long Last Here I Am: Judy Garland in Europe - 1951
Rainbow News
Inhabiting The Legend: The Aftermath of Me and My Shadows
Rainbow Releases
Once More That All-Time Thrill: A Carnegie Celebration - Part Two
