Phil Silvers, Judy Garland and Frank Sinatra
"What would you say if we told you Phil Silvers and Judy Garland were Frankie's ma and pa? Well, they were ... for an hour anyway, over CBS ... when they played his parents in a dramatization of Our Boy's life story. You didn't hear it because Command Performance goes to vets overseas and in hospitals. Judy's finished MGM's Till the Clouds Roll By; Frankie's in It Happened in Brooklyn; Phil, 20th's If I'm Lucky.
