"Garlands for Judy," a tribute magazine published by Scott Schechter, is now about 10 years old! It has evolved into a beautiful magazine that every Judy Garland fan will want to have. Scott keeps you up-to-date on all the latest video and audio releases, books and other events in the fan world. And, of course, lots of great pictures of Judy! "Garlands for Judy" is issued twice a year: in Spring (usually May or June) and Winter (usually November or December).
