Definition: is a business partner, whose level of responsibility, involvement, and authority is less than of the senior partners. The rights and the level of authority of a junior partner are oftentimes established by a junior partnership agreement. In the majority of cases, it states that a junior partner doesn’t have the same right as a superior partner when it comes to management and the overall control of the business; doesn’t invest as much capital as the senior partners do; and doesn’t obtain the same amount of profits as the senior partners do.
